Colours have many different meanings and they can influence us in a negative and a positive way. This is why I love a pop (or two) of colour when it comes to workout gear, as the right colour empowers, recharges, energizes, cheers me up and motivates me to keep going. I have based the colour scheme of the set around the Nike trainers pictured in the middle, because they are on their way to me. I can’t wait to try them out!
I realise I may have gone overboard with some of combinations, but I promise this really works for me!
